Personal
Pre-Registration and Personal On-Site Registration for
the 2010 Annual Session.
Effective immediately all
individuals are expected to pay a Personal
Pre-Registration fee of $40.00 or an On-Site
Registration fee of $50.00, regardless of the department
in which they are registering.
The dates for
Pre-Registration are
February 8 until March
8th.
“The
deadline for pre-registration is March 8th.
Contributions received after March 8th will
be treated the same as on-site registration.”

The beautiful
Buena
Vista Palace Hotel & Spa will serve as host hotel for
our 135th Annual Session.
Make your hotel
reservations NOW! Don’t wait until the last
minute.
The deadline for making
reservations is March 15, 2010.
All meetings and meal functions will be held at the
hotel. Therefore, enjoy hassle free complimentary self
parking and not having to move your car.
Plan to come a few days early or stay a few days late
and enjoy Orlando. Look for special theme park
information coming soon. Convention rates are available
three days before and after the Annual Session based on
availability
Reservations may be made in any one of the following
ways:
1.
By completing and mailing or faxing (1-407
827-6070)
the
‘Housing Reservation Form’ to the hotel.
2.
By calling
1-866-397-6516
Monday – Friday from 8am to 9pm with credit
card information.
3.
By making reservations directly online with the
hotel using credit card. (click link)
Listed below are a few tips that will make the
reservation process much smoother for you.
1.
If you choose to make reservations using method 2
or 3 above, it is not necessary to mail or fax the
Housing Reservation Form to the hotel.
2.
A one night deposit is required for each room
requested.
3.
Multiple rooms must have a different name for
each room requested.
4.
No checks will be accepted at check in or
check out. Please adhere to the deadline for having
checks at the hotel. Deadline for checks is March 26.
(NO exceptions). Your cooperation is very much
appreciated and will help eliminate challenges at check
in.
5.
Tax exemption is allowed only when
check or credit card matches the name on the tax
certificate. No tax exemption can be allowed for
payment by cash.
6.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 5 days
before arrival to avoid a one night room and tax
penalty.
Retreat
Banquet tickets for Wednesday are available from the
President of the Women Department or designated person
of your Association. Tickets are only $50.00.
Please secure your ticket in advance.
