WELCOME TO JACKSONVILLE – WHERE FLORIDA BEGINS
Florida General Baptist Convention, Inc. will hold its’ 137th Annual Session, April 2-6, 2012, in the beautiful city of Jacksonville. Hosted by the NE Region (Emanuel Progressive, Gateway, Mt. Zion NE, St. John River, Union Progressive and Union St. James Associations), the session will be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel in downtown Jacksonville.
Moderator J. C. Green and Rev. Darien Bolden are serving as Co-Chairmen. The host committee is excited about hosting this session and look forward to sharing with delegates from across the state.
All sessions will be held at the Hyatt and delegates are encouraged to support the convention and make reservations at the Hyatt NOW. Plan to come a few days early or stay a few days late. Convention rates are available three days before and after the Annual Session.
Reservations may be made in any one of the following ways:
If you choose to make reservations using method 2 or 3 above, it is not necessary to mail or fax the Housing Reservation Form to the hotel. No checks accepted at check in or check out. All check must reach the hotel by March 7. Please adhere to the deadline for having checks to the hotel.
